Vrabel – Kathleen, 74, of Johnstown, PA, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026, at her home. Born on January 3rd, 1952, in Johnstown, Daughter of Harry and Grace (Knobloch) Irwin. Preceded in death by her Parents.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Heather (Robert) Nealen; grandchild, Robert Leo Nealen; sisters, Linda (John) Bearer, Susan Moore, Tracy Irwin; a niece and two nephews.

Kathleen was a graduate of Cambria Rowe Business College in Johnstown. Kathleen is a retiree from AmeriServ Financial then started to work at the East Conemaugh Borough building as secretary after a short break. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts in her spare time when she was not spending it with her family and enjoyed cooking, especially her family’s cinnamon roll recipe.

At Kathleens request there will be no viewing or service at this time. There will be a Celebration of life scheduled later at the family’s discretion.
